I love to work spontaneously to music with live models. This helps me reach my creative "zone". Plants, especially vines and leaves of the rainforest influenced me in this picture.
I particularly like working with the colour combinations of blues, greens, reds & golden yellow.
I enjoy making textured surfaces with different types of brushes & palette knife.
The initial brush work was drawn at a Friday morning Dynamic Drawing session and finished in my studio.
This work is painted in acrylics on 240GSM cartridge paper. Ready to frame.
