acrylic colour on unbleached 300gms american unbleached raw paper, acid free, 22 x 30 in., 56 x 76 cm
Here I’m working with a raw, unbleached paper. It takes the paint somewhat differently. Thanks Don, Sally for the wonderful pictures of Myanmar. That country is so full of visual culture, and I just haven’t been able to get back there to collect images. This is quite a complex composition involving lots of people, depth, and a wide view.
The close up pictures are to get a better feel for the texture and brush strokes of the painting. Then there’s the work in progress.
