Painted on mirror this painting has a wonderful reflective quality that changes depending on light and time of day. It is framed on a flat mount like frame. I have spent a lot of time in amsterdam and love venice. This painting ,one of a series brings back memories of both. I like to think it is a reminder of whatever happens to us, be it good or bad life still goes on, the sun rises and sets and people carry on about their business.
