Original artwork description:

Modern portrait of a woman in Ukrainian national costume, painted under the influence of the war in Ukraine.
In memory of the many victims...
In Ukraine, as in many other countries, young unmarried girls adorn themselves with wreaths of flowers and colorful ribbons. Mature women cover their heads with a scarf. This woman is an allegory of Ukraine. She has not only matured and lost her virginity, she is badly injured. The formation of both the individual and the state is often associated with mistakes that we make, with negative factors that affect us negatively against our will, and sometimes we live a real tragedy. This is what happened to my country. It shouldn't have been like that. War is the worst thing that could happen, but unfortunately it is so... But the look is alive, it is full of hope for the future, determination and LIFE... Life goes on...

Materials used:

Oil paints, canvas, brushes
