Life goes on
This work is dedicated to the everyday life of Ukrainian civilians. We have learned to live in the conditions of war as if it were before it. Still, for most people, the symptom of anxiety has become something constant and acceptable, distinguished only by the fact that this anxiety waxes and wanes, but does not go away.
The painting shows passers-by going about their business during the air raid, couriers working and delivering by bike even though the siren may be sounding, children, playing in the yard, and feeding pigeons, also during the siren, because people are just used to and everything seems normal. Is it normal? - Of course not.
But people are adapted to new realities. I wish this did not happen because people should not get used to war.
Thanks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, most Ukrainians live on, so I bow low - Glory to the Heroes! Glory to Ukraine!
Figurative Art - I like to draw people in their habitat, this is a city, street scenes, intersections, cafes. In my watercolor paintings, I show how a person depends on the social environment and develops it.
