As feature at the Rockefeller Center as part of The Flag Project Public Art installation Aug 1-16, 2020, alongside iconic artist like Jeff Koons, KAWS, Marina Abramović, Sarah Sze,Carmen Herrera, Christian Siriano, Faith Ringgold, Hank Willis Thomas, Jenny Holzer, Laurie Anderson, Sanford Biggers,Shantell Martin, and Steve Powers. For this project artists were invited to create flag designs that show what New York City means to them. My inspiration came from my love for architecture and the city’s iconic Landmark Buildings that I translated into barcodes along with their coordinates. This artwork is based on the flag project, enhanced with glitter and finished with glass beads. Ready to hang on stretched canvas. Framing available upon request. Signed on the side. Ships with Certificate of Authenticity.
