A diorama in a box.
At some point we all need to let go of things close to us and I have always thought of emotions as red so I wanted to show that letting go of them can sometimes feel like releasing a whole bunch of balloons and watching them drift away and the freedom we feel from that is like a very white space, clear and simple.
The hill is hand built with paper mache and snow texture, the balloons hand made and painted. It is signed on the back. The clear front slides in and out from the top.
Wall hangers fitted to the rear of box or can simply be displayed on a shelf.
