This is 100 % ORIGINAL concept.
It's amazing how exactly my new graphic work, a pastel portrait of Frida + vintage illustrations of a decorative folk book about toys (1984) that I have bought at a flea market are matching up....
In the conceptual frame of this work I used several symbols related to Frida's life as a feat. These are nails she had got in the broken spine, the heart bleeding, and the philodendron plant - sign of fertility and poison at the same time....
Happy Frida is writing a letter to me...
