A powerful gestural and beautiful abstract piece about the healing time we spend at the sea. The painting is part of a series done after a poem of Erich Fried called "Wenn Du zum Meer gehst...", one of my favourite poems. The expressive painting shows lots of marks and traces of the painting process.

Acrylics on 100x100x2 cm gallery wrapped deep canvas, unframed, sides painted and part of the artwork, no framing needed, painting can hang with just two nails/screws.
Signed on the back.

Of course framing is still possible, if wanted, any good framer can advise you on that or contact me.
