Where is the light coming from? This was my first focus of this painting. Before I even thinking about the leaves or barks I wanted capture the brilliant sun light. Warm sunlight shines thru bright yellow and orange autumn leaves leave cool shadows of birch wood trees. Yellow and orange leaves beautifully contrast with lavender and purple tree trunks. This painting is 24 inches high, 36 inches wide, 1.5 inches deep, framed with a elegant metal floater frame.
