I used a wonderful photograph taken on Safari by my brother, this majestic lion looks a little curious and thoughtful looking out from the protection of the foliage

My brother's star sign is Leo so I named the lion after him and added Leo to my 'Shoot Me Only With Your Camera'collection

This painting was shortlisted in the 2014 Weston Park Art Exhibition

I am very passionate about wildlife and helping them have a better life by supporting the wonderful organisations that do so much for our wildlife

The media I have used for this painting is ink, gouache and watercolour on canvas. The painting is mounted and framed to make the overall size approximately 20" x 16"
