Half-armadillo, half-lemur, Kakaouet is part of the SakinoOz series.

Like all the SakinoOz, she's pleading a cause: down with handbags made from the leather of animals with scales, long live animals made from handbags, in fake scales of course!

Kakaouet was made from a handbag in vinyl scales in shades of violet, plum, beige and light grey, which was then deconstructed and restructured differently to form her body. Its bushy tail is sewn into a long-staple acrylic wool fabric, with a flexible wire inside to give it the shape you want.
