Surrounded by the forest, we stand in awe of it's might. The thick foliage barely lets the light escape through it. It is dense and impenetrable. Who knows what could be lurking behind, within the jungle.

This work by Dominic Virtosu puts on the table the premise that a painting can be both enjoyable and disturbingly unsettling at the same time - giving-out a feeling of comfort while also hinting at life's uncertainty.
