Unique character art showing a confident male.

This chap walks proudly around a European discotheque... sweater relaxed across his shoulders, an air of chic nonchalance.

I have used my character design skills, inspired from a trip to Carcassonne in the south of France where many a proud character strolled the warm streets and frequented the bars and nightlife found there.

Using diluted acrylics there are aspects of watercolours within the art and also thicker paint in areas, especially, for example the copper coloured shiny paint symbolising small lights in the background.

This is a really fun and colourful creation. The frame has had a texture glaze applied to it in a stippled technique and it has then been painted black. There is no glass in the frame due to the texture but it has been varnished for protection and it is strung at the back ready for hanging.
