Original artwork description:

I had the idea that I wanted to paint a pig emerging from a black background. And here we are! It's nice as an artist to have an image of a painting in your head and then being able to realise that vision through the skills you have developed over many years of practise and endeavour. I am very pleased with the outcome of this piece and is exactly as I imagined it would look.
I titled this painting ' Le Cochon ' as I had the vision for this piece while on holiday in France so thought it was the appropriate title.
