A painting greatly inspired by a friend's cat, whom I was cat-sitting for a week and made a dozen photos of. She was not a commited poser, so it was a bit of a challenge to catch the beaut. Only when she'd have a phylosophic momnet and gaze out the window, observing a train of cat-thoughts I was there with my camera ready.
