Lay Down Sally
One of my favorite songs by Eric Clapton. This painting is what came out of me when I thought of this tune. This series of nudes will be only my imagination on paper. I did not use any photographs for reference. I am comfortable with abstract as a definition. To me abstract means that the piece is not a perfect representation of a model or photo. It gives me the freedom to place things where they may not be in real life, more like a dream.
