To the east of Valance is the area known as Drôme le Provençal.
With many towns and villages and an abundance of lavender fields set in the very picturesque countryside.
This impressionistic watercolour tries to capture the scene near a town there in mid summer.
The watercolour is 35 by 25 cms and is painted on Arches warecolour paper using Daniel Smith paints
It can be dispatched immediately in a cardboard tube with a Certificate of Authenticity.
This artwork is currently on display at The Drawing Room Art Gallery in West Malling in Kent
