Oil on wood 66x100x3cm (26x39.4x1.2in) 2014.

“Laura” is an oil on wood artwork which I painted working on the picture of a friend of mine, Laura, a hairdresser. This is part of a series of artwork I made on hand-made, wood canvases using an expressive but detailed painting technique. The background is striped to help the foreground figure stand out. The look of the woman is as intense as the colours which I used to paint the artwork.

Laura is a 66x100cm portrait painted in 2014. It is ready to hang and accompanied with a unique certificate of authenticity.
