This image is a portrait of a Canadian icon, lead singer of "The Hip" also known as the Tragically Hip.....Gord Downie was the lead singer/songwriter from 1984 until he lost his battle with Cancer in late 2017.

Gord Downie represents the best of Canada....his music and work to provide rights to indigenous peoples of Canada and the recipient of the Order Of Canada make us proud as Canadians.....his music is only part of his legacy.

This digital art piece represents his final cross Canada tour with the band and is aptly named "LAST SCREAM"
