Large Abstract Diptych Painting

Made in 2019, this is a large, abstract painting across two canvases, made using oils and acrylics. The paintings individually measure 61.5 x 92 cm. When displayed side by side they will measure 127 x 92 cm which is with a 4cm gap between them.

Working with materials and processes that lead to unpredictable outcomes in her recent series of paintings, Hannah explores the theme of the Sublime through its power and uncertainty, looking for ways to bring herself and audience close to this transcendent quality.
