Large and bold painting drawn from my of the sunsets in Lanzarote in the Canary Islands. This painting qualifies to be included in my 'powerful place' series of paintings.

It is my homage to the Lanzarote based artist Cesar Manrique. This painting is highly textured with pastes mixed with sand and applied gold leaf with gold, copper and bronze reflective paints. Brightens up any room on a dull day and changes under varying lighting conditions.

Painted black on the edges so forms an effective visual frame so you may choose not to frame but I believe would benefit from a simple white frame. Coded and ready to hang.
