Artwork description:

Part of the "Modern Muses" collection of contemporary portrait painting first explored in their 2012 solo show Moments of Clarity at Jamie Wood's "Scream gallery" in London.

The series featured 4 original artworks created across multiple layers of glass which the duo use to 'float' screen printed and spray painted elements in front of hand built backgrounds - constructed from lego and 1000s of colourful feathers.

Alongside these 4 new works, Tom & Craig created a set of hand painted multiples (HPM) on paper. These works and the accompanying Chinook Chandelier pieces are heavily textured and uniquely composed due to the creative process employed with 45+ individually printed elements going into the production of each one.

Materials used:

Emulsion, spray paint & screen print, embellished with fine grade black glitter on 300gsm paper
