Original artwork description:

In this landscape, JL Lacroix worked on soft and subtle shades of colour, bringing out tones of deep blue, brown and ivory, highlighted with orange-red touches —enhancing transparencies, graphics and contrasts. The artist likes to play with several layers of paint on top of each other and then gently scrapes them off one by one to reveal the desired nuances.
