Original artwork description:

I was impressed by the light filtering through the trees at that particular time of the morning. The hundreds of shades of blue fused with the yellows and reds and dripping wet from the dewy leaves.
The spell could last forever or a few seconds, so I decided to take some photos with my iPhone to remind me of the moment and the mood. Then come to my studio I did some sketches based on the photos and I still remember vividly.
In the end I used watercolors to make better impalpable atmosphere that I had lived in the woods.


Sono rimasto colpito dalla luce che filtrava dalle fronde degli alberi in quel particolare momento della mattina. Le centinaia di sfumature azzurre ai fondevano con i gialli e i rossi e gocciolavano umide dalle foglie rugiadose.
L'incanto poteva durare in eterno oppure pochi secondi, così decisi di fare alcune foto con il mio IPhone per ricordarmi il momento e lo stato d'animo. Poi arrivato al mio studio feci alcuni schizzi preparatori sulla base delle foto e del ricordo ancora vivido.
Alla fine ho utilizzato gli acquarelli per rendere meglio quell'atmosfera impalpabile che avevo vissuto nel bosco.
