A woman and child are walking by a lake. The child is watching the ripples the rain is making on the water. There is a calmness to the scene. Both are absorbed in their own thoughts, but the girl in particular, and this ability particularly of children to become lost in the moment is quietly celebrated in this print.

There are 5 colour layers in this print, each printed separately by hand. Each layer is drawn or painted onto film and then photographically transferred onto a screen, a nylon mesh stretched on a frame. it then acts as a stencil, allowing ink to pass through some areas of the screen, and blocking it in others.
