Lake in the Rocky Mountains

This original painting was inspired by my last trip to the Rocky Mountains. I was amazed by the purity of the nature of the Kananaskis Superior Lake and so I tried to convey this atmosphere in this painting.
By choosing the technique of pointillism, I wanted at the same time to reproduce the fragility of nature.

The painting 'Lake in the Rocky mountains' is continuing on the edges, and has been made with thousands of points of acrylic on canvas.
