I painted this piece after taking a trip to Varenna, one of the charming villages and towns, studding the entire perimeter of Lake Como in Italy. Located at the foot of the Alps, Lake Como provides one of the most picturesque sceneries in the world.

Materials:
Oil on Raphael Premium Archival Oil Primed Linen Panel. This linen canvas has a fine weave and texture and is hand primed in Italy with one coat of natural glue sealer and four coats of oil priming. Expertly mounted onto non-directional, warp-resistant 3/8” Poplar multi-ply board. Unframed.
