"Campotosto lake", Triptych. On a visit to this beautiful Italian lake, I imagined that lynx might roam the still snow-capped mountains. Lynxs are very fast, silent and mystical animals. Regarded by all peoples as superior spirits. They are not actually present in the Italian Apennines where the lake is located, but only in the Alps. Anyway, I wanted to imagine that the little girl depicted had the perception of the presence of this beautiful, wild, animal. The painting is made of three canvases painted separately and joined on the back. Therefore, if the thickness of the canvases is 0.787 inches ( 2 cm), the thickness of the painting in its total is 1.181 inches (3 cm). Currently there are wooden strips around the painting, it can be hung like this or replaced with a frame.
The measurements of the painting in centimeters are 160 cm x 60.
