" Woman with copper butterflies " is a dreamlike 50 x 50 cm square painting using acrylic brushes and a knife technique on linen canvas stretched over wood.

In shades of luminous green and coppery gold, it depicts a portrait of a woman with a very pale face and eyes and a coppery butterfly on either side of the face instead of ears.

The wings of the butterflies are worked with a knife using coppery gold paint to form graceful relief motifs.

Composition: linen canvas stretched over wood, acrylic paint, varnish.

Dimensions: 50 x 50 x 1.5 cm.
