In crafting this piece, I poured my fascination with the fluidity of human emotions into each brushstroke. I chose a vibrant palette to capture the complex, layered essence of introspection and solitude. The abstract fusion across the figure's attire and the subdued background contrast, echoing the blend of thought and sensation within each of us. This painting embodies a moment of reflective pause, offering a touch of introspective color and energy to any space.

I experiments with complex textures–created through layering various mediums–to encourage curiosity in the viewer about what lies beneath.
Magazines were used to create the painting, but the painting was written in canvas withoil paints.
