Artwork description:

This lake lies between Val d'Isère and Tignes in the Espace Killy mountains. I worked there as a photographer and have turned some of these photos into cyanotype prints.

The cyanotype process uses a mixture of iron compounds, which when exposed to UV light and washed in water oxidise to create Prussian Blue images.

Available in different sizes on request.

Materials used:

Paper, ferric ammonium citrate and potassium ferricyanide, water, photo negative
