Having lost a part of its soul, the world finds itself alone, in search of a new solar system...

Man's continuous attempts to selfishly isolate himself from the rest of living beings leads us to reflect on how saving it would be to look at them with the eyes of a child. We would reconnect ancient bonds and enrich ourselves with what is really important... Here is therefore figurative realism and surrealism, to create a symbolic narrative, to try to reflect on one's connection with Nature and to overcome our loneliness.

This painting will be present at the exhibition "A profound connection" from 20 to 30 January at the ONART Gallery in Florence.

This artwork is done with acrylic colors and charcoal on cotton canvas. The edges are painted so the painting can be hung without frame. The surface is finished with a double layer of a water-based satin varnish, which makes it resistant to UV rays and the passage of time ...
