One of the most iconic views on the Cote d’Azur is the beautiful bay at La Ponche in the heart of St Tropez.
Away from the grand boats and fashionable boutiques is this lovely part of St Tropez sometimes called Port de Peche.
It is one of my favourite places to paint and this new version tries to capture the quiet of the area before all the crowds arrive.
Painted from sketches and painting made there this large watercolour is painted on Arches 300gsm NOT paper and will be dispatched in a cardboard tube with a Certificate of Authenticity. It is not framed.
