Artwork description:

La Habana vieja
Tis work part of the serie “Face of the city”
It is not only the architecture, lifestyle or cultural expressions that form the unique personality of a city. It is first of all, its people.

The graffiti face is a portrait of an girl from Cuba, whose characteristic traits can be spotted in people on the streets of Habana . The image is disappearing, barely perceptible among the general mass of people, but form it is the image of this fascinating country.

I choose the language of graffiti because it is the most characteristic communication between the artist, the city and the people who inhabit it.

This work is framed between two glasses in a wooden frame, which allows you to perfectly save the work from dust, dampness and UV rays.

Materials used:

cardboard, pizza box
