Jean-Jacques Piezanowski is a French painter whose main style is neo-expressionism. His portraits challenge the human existence and the meaning and purpose. “I mainly paint portraits, seeking expressions of the human soul ... Fractures, scars, sadness, hopelessness are signs of the ephemeral life” Jean-Jacques says. His work is exhibited regularly in France and since 2017 in Germany twice a year at the ARTMUC Contemporary Art Fair in Munich.
