Original artwork description:

"L'amore irrisolto" portrays two skulls on a black background decorated with a damask pattern. The skulls appear trapped in a relationship of dependence, as if bound by a dark and all-consuming love. One of the skulls does not look at the other, as if wanting to free itself from this situation. Everyone can read a different story in this painting, but toxic love is certainly a central theme. After all, interpretations are subjective and this is also the beauty of art. Perhaps, beyond any interpretation, there is room for a hope of redemption, an evolution that goes beyond representation.
All created with acrylic colors on fine-grained cotton canvas mounted on a frame measuring 50x60/23.622 x 19.685 inches.
The work is equipped with a removable hanger and is signed by me on the back together with the title and year of creation. It will be shipped with a certificate of authenticity, carefully packaged and shipped via courier with tracking number.
PLEASE NOTE: For shipments within the European Union, delivery time varies from 3 to 7 working days from the order.
For shipments outside the European Union, please note that preparing customs documents takes approximately one to two weeks, so shipping may take longer but I will keep you updated. Customs documents are the official documents used to pass works of art through customs.
For countries outside the European Union, customs tariffs may be applied which are not my responsibility.

Materials used:

acrylic colors, brush, stencils to make the damask decorations of the background, opaque acrylic color for background decoration
