In our Ukrainian culture, special importance is attached to embroidery. In the old days, loving hands could embroider a person's destiny. Women embroidered signs on the shirts of their husbands who were going to war. These signs and symbols were talismans of the man and helped him in battles. Pair symbols, birds or flowers were necessarily embroidered for marriage. This painting is about family and harmony. A magic spell for happiness.
