At the start 2018, the editors of ArtFinder tipped me for the top as one to watch and invest in, picked from thousands of outstanding artists, I ended the year as one of their best selling artists.

Painted mostly with a palette knife.

Large oil painting in the style of Picasso who is one of my heroes and I love to paint in his style. The King of jazz is making great jazz music with his friends.

I love painting people, but I don’t want to just paint portraits, I want my people to have a bit of character, a little of the night about them I want them to be special, I also want an art deco sort of surrealism feel to it, for you to see something different every time you look at it, I wanted it to hold your imagination.

When I sit at my easel with a blank canvas, I’m in my world I’m in control, I know what I’m going to paint. I want my paintings to have character to tell a story but without words as if using mime, to be dramatic, emotional, sometimes theatrical but always with feelings and always special.

I have sent my work to over 39 countries and to some great landmarks such as Berkeley Square in London’s Mayfair, 5th Ave New York, Malibu beach in California, Hong Kong, Monaco, Monte Carlo and Singapore.

One of my best collectors is in Amsterdam, which is not short of great artists or galleries, and the latest country to add to the list is China.
