Artwork description:

I made a linocut of one of my favourite cats. He's a big, cuddly black and white tom cat who belongs to a friend; full of character and expression. I took a photograph of him gazing out of the window and decided I had to make a piece of artwork from it.

Materials used:

Pencils, lino, Japanese woodcut tools, printmaking ink, durathene roller, relief press, Japanese paper
