Original artwork description:

A charcoal drawing of a magnificent lion drawn in a realistic style.

Layers of charcoal have been added to create depth whilst the use of a putty eraser has been used as a drawing tool to take out fine lines and hairs in the lion’s mane.

Mounted in a warm, off white mount and framed with a bespoke black wood frame using art glass to reduce reflectivity and prevent UV damage to the artwork.

Drawn on HP watercolour paper and fixed.
