30 x 40 cm - paper and acrylic on Canvas board - 2023
In the art world, there are three types of canvas format: F for figure, M for seascape, and P for landscape. It's a bit there to guide you on the choice of your chassis according to what you want to achieve.
On this canvas, I made a "portrait" on a "landscape" format (ouh, the rebel) and so I looked for reproductions of landscape paintings. It is from this simple principle that was born "Khloè", the Green, or the Verdoyante, epiclesis of the Greek goddess Demeter. An epiclesis is a bit like the "mood" of the divinity at a given moment. To highlight its divine side, I stuck a third eye on it. The background of the canvas was left natural (linen), knowing that Demeter is the goddess of agriculture.
The canvas is varnished and equipped with a hanging system.
