Key Lime Pie is my fifth painting in my series of edible abstract artworks inspired by my love of acrylic pouring and food. Key Lime Pie was created using greens and browns with white. The consistency of the paint was critical.

It was my intention that the greens would all blend with the white over the canvas and produce a variety of light lime like colours. As I do in all my paintings, in order to create a lasting visual impression, hours of practice are needed to maintain a pleasing look.

Art buyers (and art lovers) will see symbolic references to prominent 21st century abstract painters as I offer homage to their artistic vision through my own art.
