We visited Tuscany earlier this year and I was smitten by the beauty all around. I was with my sketchbook, sketching at every opportunity and making notes for future paintings.

Tuscany is all about the sunlight and shadows, and I love capturing the light in these old buildings. The medieval architecture, the doors and decorated windows are all an artist's dream. With cooler temperatures hitting Germany, painting the Italian light helps me cheer myself up.:)
