I first applied a thick layer of paint to the canvas in different shades. Then I wiped off the contours of the drawing with a cloth wound around my finger, and after that, I applied coloured layers with a brush or finger._x000D_ The unpainted edges of the picture are also not an accident; they enhance the effect of vintage, give some lightness to the whole image._x000D_ _x000D_ I like to call this canvas "a still-life in a landscape," since my other painting, "The Lavender Field at Sunset," served as the background for it.
