The oil painting captures the serene beauty of the Jug Handle Nature Reserve on the Mendocino coast, with the iconic Jug Handle Creek Bridge as a focal point. In the foreground, the viewer's eyes are drawn to a stretch of sandy beach.
Behind the beach, the Jug Handle Creek Bridge arches gracefully, its structure blending harmoniously with the natural surroundings. On either side of the bridge, lush coastal vegetation flourishes, with a mix of towering redwoods, cypress trees, and dense underbrush in various shades of green.
To the left of the bridge, Jug Handle Creek meanders gently towards the ocean, its clear waters reflecting the sky above.

Materials used to create this artwork: professional quality oils on 8"x10" Centurion Premium oil-primed linen on panel. The painting is protected with a coat of Gamvar varnish. It is unframed, and will need a frame to display on the wall. It will easily slot into a standard 8"x10" picture frame.
