In this painting I intended to capture the raw, turbulent beauty of the sea under a stormy but sunny sky. Each stroke of my brush conveys the dynamic movement of the waves, contrasting with the fiery yet serene sunlight reflected off the clouds. The interplay of light and shadow mirrors a sense of excitement and joy, resilience and hope. Placed in your home, this artwork aims to bring a profound energy, inspiring contemplation and calm amidst life's storms.

To create this painting I used various range of techniques- from an old traditional glazing/sfumato (gained its popularity in 16th-17th century) and blending to impressionistic impasto.

This original painting would look great in any home décor style. It is ready to hang, can be framed or hung without a frame - this painting is extended over the edges of the gallery wrapped canvas, is wired, signed and dated by me.
