Artwork description:

This joyfully running hare was created in coloured pencils and watercolour and the background newly realised from the original using digital painting techniques.

The subject was inspired by my encounter with at least a dozen joyful hares that were chasing each other in a meadow in the early morning sunshine of an Easter walk.

Giclée printed to Hahnemühle Photo Rag, which makes for super-rich colour reproduction and has a soft fibrous quality similar to watercolour paper. Achival quality printing using Epsom inks.
