As an architect, I am drawn to the geometry of buildings. Here is an abstract painting utilizing the geometric shapes taken from the Herbert F. Johnson museum of art at Cornell University..
Liberated from detail, this painting exposes the simplified abstractions of shape, color and the containment of light of this famous building.

THE JOHNSON MUSEUM is a one-of-a-kind original work of art. It is produced using India ink and acrylic paint. I have included a photograph of the building so the viewer can compare the geometry of the actual building with the painting.

I only sell original work so there will only be one original and no authorized copies will ever be made. The painting is signed on the front and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.

This painting will be ready to hang, out of the box. It will be mounted on tempered masonite with a one inch border all around and a one inch wooden frame. It will have a hanging strip on the back and I include a “monkey hook” for easy attachment to your wall. It can be on your wall within five minutes.
