This is my first night scene painting of Jiufen Taiwan Cityscapes with red lanterns and street lights.

This is my favourite landscape to paint and also a best-seller. Red lanterns symbolizes luck and prosperity in every area in our lives. I felt really joy and excited as I paint this. I think when you see this on your walls it send you straight to Asian scene full of positivity and good vives!

This painting was inspired by Chien Chung Wei, I love everything about his art and also Joseph Zbukvic!

Materials used:

Arches watercolour paper, Winsor and Newton Paint Cotman, da vinci brush
